The catchment area for this service includes Southern Health, Peninsula Health and Gippsland regions.  To assist GPs and other primary care providers, the Wellness and Recovery Centre (WRC) also offers a specialty secondary consultation service.

Headspace
Minimum age: 12 years                     Maximum age: 24 years

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing in mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
Information and services for young people, their families and friends as well as health professionals can be accessed through the website, headspace centres, and online counselling service eheadspace.

Mindful Moderate Eating Group
Minimum age:  18 years

‘Mindful Moderate Eating Group’ – Swinburne University Psychology Clinic – a women only group program addressing psychological factors related to binge eating and helping participants to develop a new relationship with food.

RIPE Group is a 14 week specially developed treatment and support program for people with Eating Disorders
