Presented by Dr Claire Burton

As part of the CEED Webinar series, this 1-hour live webinar will be presented by Dr Claire Burton, Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital Psychology Service.

Feeding and eating difficulties are very common in children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, with estimates ranging from 46-89%. Objectives include:

  • A summary of the literature regarding fussy eating and eating disorders in young people on the autism spectrum
  • An overview of assessment of feeding and eating difficulties for young people on the autism spectrum
  • Overview of the evidence-based interventions for young people on the autism spectrum experiencing feeding and eating difficulties
