The North East (Metropolitan Melbourne) Eating Disorders Taskforce has worked over 2016 – 2017 to define and document care pathways; develop care planning and care coordination guideliens for seervices; and document workforce development needs and resources for the north east metropolitan region of Melbourne.
The Taskforce has produced two documents (which are available for download below):
The Pathways to care and care planning and coordination Resource, which documents current eating disorders service pathways to care, and care planning and coordination guidelines as a resource for health professionals and services within northeast metropolitan Melbourne
A Final Report documenting the Taskforce’s activities over 2016 – 2017.
The Taskforce has agreed to coninue its’ work and plans to review and update the care pathways resource document every six months.
