CEED provides service development support aimed at improving service responses to people with eating disorders and their families/carers. Utilising the Eating Disorders Care and Recovery Framework, CEED can provide knowledge and experience to strengthen service provision.
Service development can include:
- Establishing and strengthening of individual services or programs within an organisation with a focus on client needs
- Establishing and strengthening of programs within the wider system of care
- Strengthening existing services or designing new services, both informed by the needs of clients and the competencies and capacities of service providers
