The service development process will involve bringing the service cohort together, including service users and providers to:

  • Identify the issue/s or area for growth based on available data, client needs and organisational strategic directions
  • Develop a service development plan and engage the people and resources required for implementation
  • Identify workforce development plan to strengthen service capabilities
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for all service stakeholders and,
  • Evaluation and ongoing monitoring of the efficacy of the service development
